While we aim to improve lead quality, enquiries, or performance outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or business outcomes, except where a guarantee is explicitly stated in writing as part of a specific service offering.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, responding in a timely manner, and complying with any requirements necessary for service delivery. We are not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by missing or incorrect information.

5. Payments & Fees

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms will be outlined in writing before services commence. Fees may be subject to GST where applicable and in accordance with Australian tax requirements. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Pricing, Commitments & Setup Fees

Certain services offered by NailITcreative include a one-time setup fee and ongoing weekly service fees. Clients may be offered the option to waive the setup fee in exchange for a minimum commitment term. Where a commitment term is selected: The setup fee is waived only while the minimum term is completed in full. If the client cancels before the minimum term ends, the original setup fee becomes immediately payable. Billing remains weekly. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for weeks already billed. Alternatively, clients may choose a no lock-in option: The full setup fee is payable upfront. Services may be cancelled at any time with no further charges beyond the current billing period. By selecting a pricing option and commencing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable pricing structure, commitment terms, and cancellation conditions presented at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability
